First of all, the choice of hydraulic oil is the choice of oil type. When selecting the type of oil, the special hydraulic oil of high-quality brand home and abroad is preferred, which is the key to ensuring the reliability and service life of the hydraulic press.
After the type of hydraulic oil is determined, the viscosity grade of oil (no. of hydraulic oil) should be selected. The choice of viscosity grade is very important because viscosity has a significant impact on the stability, reliability, efficiency, temperature and abrasion. The hydraulic oil with high viscosity has a large resistance when flowing. The power consumed to overcome the resistance is large, and the power will be converted into heat to cause the rise of oil temperature. If the viscosity is too low, the leakage will increase, the volume efficiency will decrease, and the temperature rise of the system will also be accelerated.
According to the user specification of hydraulic oil, due to the different ambient temperature and the temperature of hydraulic oil being considered, No. 38 anti-wear hydraulic oil should be selected in summer and No. 52 anti-wear hydraulic oil should be selected in winter. With the development of servo hydraulic press, the oil temperature of the press can be controlled in a good range of 15-60 ℃. In this temperature range, No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is in the best working condition. Therefore, it is recommended to select No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
